iPrint, Print Pelican & UPrinting Online Printers Compared

In this report

Individuals and businesses love to have a nicely designed business card to hand out to people, it makes businesses more prodessional and it is much easier to hand someone a card than write your address down for someone who needs it.

There are a number of online printers offering all sorts of products online and most of them allow customers to design their own cards, you can even import one of your own photographs if you so wish.

There is not a lot of difference between Print Pelican and uPrinting, they both sell good quality products and there is not a lot of difference in proce, although Print Pelican do seem to offermore discounts and they offer free shipping on all products.

iPrint also produces quality products but you have to pay for things you do not have to pay for on the other two sites, like uv coating, and you pay extra to have the back as well as the front of the business cards.

Where iPrint does succeed over the other two is for their promotional material like T-shirts, mugs, puzzles, mouse mats. All three companies have something good to offer so it is worth checking out all three sites.

#1 - Print Pelican   http://www.printpelican.com

Print Pelican's slogan is "Print For Less" and they offer a variety of full colour brochure printing, large format posters and custom cards plus a lot more, for reasonable prices.

Their design templates are free and so is their shipping on all their products and they offer a fast turnaround. Discounts are continually being offered and the current offers are

The only drawback is there are so many discounts offered it is not absolutely clear how long the discount offers are valid for, but this is only a minor hiccup.

Print Pelican has an Affliliate Programme and all you need to become one of their affiliate partners is a website. Once you have registered you put a banner ad on your website and people order through your site and you receive commission for every sale.

Another service this company offers is their Free File Review which is a complimentary proofing service which requires no upfront payment.

The drawback about UPrinting is they do not offer as many discounts as Print Pelican, they are currently offering 15% off business card printing, but you can sign ip for their e-newsletter to get the latest promotions and deals.

Customers Reviews

  1. iPrint is your one-stop shop for customised manufacturing products, promotional fulfilment items, mouse pads and golf balls as well as essential business needs, magnetic signs, vinyl banners and business cards. The beauty behind the iPrint business model are the templayes which allow customers to design products on the Internet. Not only do you get the convenience of designing them from your own office, you also get the final approval before you have to pay for the print job. I first happened across iPrint when I spotted a banner for free business cards. In  just a few short minutes I was creating my own cards using the print templates. In no time I was paying for the upgraded service for the business card's design. There were extra charges for upgraded card stock, fonts, colours, tupefaces, logos and delivery methods. In the end my free business cards cost me $40 for a box of 500. I received me order in a few short working days and they were high quality amd met my expectations. psugrowler.
  2. I recently odered free address labels from iPrint, I'd been getting offers in my mail forever and I am not sure why I waited so long to take advantage of this offer. My experience was so painless, I wish I'd ordered months ago. writer.

The Bottom Line

Print Pelican comes out narrowly on top of the other two for theirlarge range of discounts offered and the the clarity of what they are offering on their website. They offer free shipping on all their pproducts and uv coating is included in the price.

UPrinting also print their business cards back and front for the same price and don't charge extra for the second side. They are also offering discounts on their business cards. Both these companies offer good quality printing and good discounts.

iPrint is excellent for promotional items like T-shirts, mouse mats, mugs, but it is not so easy to work oiut the printing costs for business cards, brochures, and you pay extra for two-sided printing, uv coating and their discounts are not as obvious as the other two sites.
